The GARRETT GROUP seeks a Collective Training Analyst to design, develop, and execute scenario-based training aligned with USSTRATCOM mission areas. Located at Offutt AFB, NE, the role requires expertise in USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission sets, CJCS and USSTRATCOM EAP procedures, and end-to-end operational processes.

You will collaborate with Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and MAJCOMs; create training materials, evaluations, and after-action reports; and ensure training realism and alignment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission sets and CJCS/USSTRATCOM EAPs.
• Experience developing, administering, and executing scenario-based training modules.
• Operational experience at a CCMD, Joint Staff, or MAJCOM including command center or battle staff duties.

Responsabilités

• Develop, administer, and execute scenario-based training modules.
• Apply understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned mission sets and EAPs to training design.
• Integrate operational insight into training design, exercise development, and assessments.
• Provide expertise in command center operations and battle staff functions.
• Prepare training materials, evaluations, and after-action reports to improve future training cycles.
• Coordinate across commands to ensure training realism and alignment with directives.
