Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Strategic Operations (SOPS) Instructor for NAOC-level duties at Offutt AFB, NE. This contractor role supports strategic operations training, certification, and exercise development to support national security missions.

Responsibilities include conducting SOPS training, coaching personnel, and developing practical exercises while coordinating with Joint Staff and national exercise planners. Active TS/SCI clearance required; position contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• SOPS processes expertise required.
• Nuclear command and control familiarity required (NMCS/NPES).
• Experience at USSTRATCOM or NMCS preferred.

• Conduct initial and recurring SOPS training.
• Provide certification, evaluation, and operational coaching.
• Develop SOPS NPES exercises and scenario content.
• Support Joint Staff and national-level exercise planning.

Trains SOPS personnel including Presidential Strike Advisor functions and NAOC-specific strategic operations processes.
