Qualifications

  • 1+ years of leadership or people management experience in an operational, logistics, or technical environment.
  • Proven ability to learn and understand technical concepts quickly, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background, motor vehicle record, and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily mission readiness operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement, storage, and readiness activities, including manually operating L3 and auxiliary vehicles when required.
  • Monitor team productivity, quality, and safety performance while providing coaching, feedback, and support to team members.
  • Maintain inventory readiness of spare parts, oversee documentation accuracy, and support reporting and data analysis activities.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, resolve operational challenges, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and mobility innovation, is seeking a Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Operations Department supporting the Fleet Operations, Vehicle Readiness, and Service Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $36.00
