ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 in Los Angeles, CA to support Fleet Operations, Base Operations, and Vehicle Operations. You will ensure vehicles and equipment are ready, assist with software launches, data collection, and issue escalation in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes problem solving, urgency, and strong communication as you collaborate with multiple teams to maintain mission readiness and operational testing across locations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in operations, logistics, automotive, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet operations by keeping vehicles, equipment, and areas ready.
• Execute mission prep procedures, including software launches and data collection.
• Provide logistical support for vehicle movement, storage, and inventory.
• Assist with documentation, readiness activities, and testing across sites.
• Support bases and vehicle teams with technical tasks and deployments.
