Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Los Angeles, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, seeks a Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor (RRT) to oversee daily readiness and response operations. You will supervise the movement, storage, and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts to meet safety and quality standards.

This role requires 1+ year of leadership experience in logistics or operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership or people management experience in an operational, logistics, or technical environment.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, systems, and processes while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily readiness and response operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Coordinate the movement, storage, and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, support onboarding of new hires, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks, support documentation and reporting activities, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts, resolving issues, facilitating communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
