Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned program and project manager to support Department efforts in building integrated management capabilities with real-time insights and strong leadership visibility. The role requires collaboration across organizational boundaries to create momentum and standardized workflows with new platforms.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience serving in program and project management roles
What Would Be Nice To Have
  • TEN (10)+ years of experience in program and project management roles
  • Master's degree
  • PMP certification
  • A passion for building collaborative relationships and working toward shared mission aims
  • An ability to operate autonomously with limited oversight

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
