Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead national security programs in Tysons, VA. You will leverage extensive PM experience to identify improvements, spearhead initiatives, and deliver mission impact while navigating DoD/IC collaboration pathways.

An active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in national security program management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• TEN (10) or more years of experience in program management within the national security environment.
• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.

What You Will Do

Leverage program management experience across complex programs to identify areas for improvement, spearhead initiatives to generate progress, and deliver mission impact Utilize understanding of complex nuances of Department of War and US Intelligence Community collaboration pathways and existing relationships and equities to drive progress Lead initiatives that fuse technology and data workflows with mission requirements Drive progress against both stated and unstated objectives, helping to build and sustain a business capability that increases efficiencies and output

What You Will Need

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph Bachelor's degree TEN (10) or more years of experience in program management within the national security environment

What Would Be Nice To Have

FIFTEEN (15) or more years of directly relevant professional experience in program management, ideally within the national security or defense environment Experience with technology and data work flows to enable mission and business objectives Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline A Program Management Professional certification
