Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced consultant to embed with national security programs and drive performance improvements. The role focuses on learning critical cross-USG coordination systems, identifying optimization opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations to client stakeholders.

The candidate will leverage analytics to define performance metrics and ROI indicators while collaborating with a broader delivery team to adapt to shifting client needs over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph is mandatory.
• Demonstrated analytics experience and ability to derive metrics from data.
• Experience with sensitive national security or DoD programs preferred.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Embed with sensitive client mission program and develop intimate knowledge of critical cross-USG coordination system
• Identify potential avenues for optimization and enhancement, making recommendations to client stakeholders for potential courses of action
• Work across organizational boundaries to build and sustain shared momentum against program objectives and optimization/transformation milestones
• Leverage analytics skills to identify, refine, and establish clear performance metrics and indicators of return on investment
• Work closely with broader delivery team to sharpen requirements and adjust team structure to adapt to shifting client needs over time

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience in relevant disciplines within the national security ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience with analytics, business analytics, and performance metrics
• Demonstrated experience working within sensitive mission programs

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Masters degree
• Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience in relevant disciplines within the national security ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience with plans, budget execution, and financial management
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight toward shared objectives
