  • Assess electrical and logical compatibility between subsystems, verifying that inputs, outputs, and interfaces meet design and mission requirements.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and firmware teams to ensure FPGA‑ and processor‑based SBCs, power supplies, and I/O modules operate as intended.
  • Develop and execute integration and verification plans, including functional, environmental, and performance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system‑level anomalies, using root cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing technical insight to ensure robust, space‑qualified solutions.
  • Maintain system documentation, interface control documents (ICDs), and integration procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (12) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (6) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree. OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD.
  • Proven experience in hardware integration for complex electronic systems, ideally in aerospace or defense.
  • Strong understanding of modular system architectures, high‑speed digital design, and power distribution.
  • Hands‑on experience with FPGA or processor‑based SBCs, power supplies, and mixed‑signal interfaces.
  • Ability to interpret and validate interface specifications, schematics, and system block diagrams.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Experience in integrated electronic system design.
