Job summary

Summit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mission Planning System Support Representative (SSR) to support U.S. Air Force mission planning activities at Will Rogers ANG.

The SSR is responsible for maintaining mission planning computers, related hardware and software, updating data, and providing rapid troubleshooting for daily operations, training exercises, deployments, and contingencies. Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or four years of relevant IT experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification within six months of hire.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mission planning computer systems and associated hardware.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot mission planning software and applications.
• Ensure mission planning map data and databases are current and accurate.
• Support mission planning activities for training exercises, deployments, and operational missions.
• Document system issues, corrective actions, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with government personnel and technical support teams to resolve system issues.
• Optimize mission planning data and system performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and leadership at all levels.
