Overview

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Mission Planning Backend Software Engineer to support a cutting-edge SaaS product. The role involves working with software developers, testers, and senior stakeholders to develop and integrate advanced software solutions for satellite environments. The position is hybrid based in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs, integrate AWS services, and implement new features in a complex algorithm environment.
• Develop backend capabilities using Python, C++, and Rust.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, EKS, S3, CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and API integration.
• Experience with constellation planning and aerospace industry software platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience).
