Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks aircraft Mission Planners to perform MSS mission planning and data duties for the U.S. Air Force at Edwards AFB, CA.

You will operate and maintain MSS product suites for fighters, bombers, and unmanned aircraft, supporting pilots and maintenance staff with mission data sensor scenarios and post-mission debriefs. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in engineering, current Secret clearance, and experience with JMPS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field required.
• Current Secret clearance required; SAP eligibility.
• Experience with mission planning or avionics/sensors.
• Proficiency with Windows, UNIX, or Linux OS and troubleshooting hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Support actual mission planning for bomber test missions.
• Assess MP updates/changes/fixes; install and evaluate software.
• Maintain system and software; coordinate ATOs and hardware upgrades.
• Interact with pilots, maintenance, and various organizations daily.
• Possibility of odd hours, nights or weekends to support flying ops.
