TrustPoint is recruiting a full-time Mission Operations / Ground Software Lead to own the architecture and development of an automation-first MOS for a growing satellite constellation. You will build and guide the MOS software team, and drive critical build-vs-buy decisions and flight-dynamics considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in satellite operations, ground systems, or mission operations software.
• Experience with constellation-scale ground/T&C architecture.
• Proven ability to defend build-vs-buy decisions under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the MOS architecture and drive build-vs-buy-vs-hybrid decisions as the constellation grows.
• Stand up and lead the MOS software team and own flight-dynamics buy/lease choices.
• Own scheduling and mission planning across the constellation and ground-station network.
• Deliver a 60-90 day build/buy/hybrid recommendation including flight dynamics.
• Prepare MOS to support the first 20 satellites by end of 2027.
