Qualifications

• Familiarity with Hardware, Systems, or Network Engineering in an intelligence collection environment.
• Senior – Bachelors + 8 years; degree substitutions permitted: 4 years w/o Bachelor, 6 years w/o Masters.
• TS/SCI with polygraph required.

• Develop mission-focused strategic plans capturing existing and future capabilities.
• Create reports and briefings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop regular leadership status reporting for senior executives.
• Share technical accomplishments and progress with mission stakeholders.
• Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations with the customer.
• Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans.
• Aid in meeting facilitation and conference planning.
• Assess, document, and track program requirements and follow-on meetings.
• Compose and maintain operating procedures and internal memorandums.
• Work independently and with a team to address roadblocks and deliver results.

We are actively hiring a Mission Operations Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to provide Support and administer cyber security projects and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities within the Sponsor’s organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high-level dependencies.
• Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe complex program information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners.
• Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders.
• Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer.
• Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans.
• Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions or conference planning.
• Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting. and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings.
• Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums.
• Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with Hardware (primary), Systems, or Network Engineering in an intelligence collection environment.
• Levels:
  • Senior – Bachelors + 8 years
  • Degree substitutions permitted:
    • 4 years in lieu of a Bachelors
    • 6 years in lieu of a Masters
• TS/SCI with polygraph

The pay range for this position is $120,000-$140,000
