Acclaim Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Technical Analyst Principal to support a client in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and the ability to work independently within a team. Candidates should have 8–10 years of experience in cyber operations, including remote CN targeting, with a track record of producing concise technical targeting packages and communicating with non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supporting remote computer network exploitation projects.
• At least 1 year performing internet research using appropriate tradecraft.
• Experience identifying relevant information in cyber targeting tools.
• Experience with mobile technologies, including cellular networks.
• Experience forming, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the customer.
• Experience writing concise targeting packages for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to review communications traffic daily and respond proactively.

ATS is seeking Cyber Technical Analyst Principalto support a client's operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The positions require anactive TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. There is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives. The mission is highly significant and promises some very compelling work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting remote Computer Network Exploitation projects with advanced targeting strategies. The experience must include at least 2 targeting packages per year for remote cyber projects and successfully preparing and disseminating them through appropriate channels.
• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 1 year demonstrating and conducting internet research in support of the customer using appropriate tradecraft.
• Demonstrated experience within the last four years identifying relevant technical information in cyber targeting tools. That experience must include searching for data, making connections, and accurately analyzing and summarizing results in customer messaging traffic.
• Demonstrated experience with mobile technologies, including cellular networks
• Demonstrated experience in forming, maintaining, and expanding relationships and negotiating projects with the customer.
• Demonstrated experience in consistently writing concise technical targeting packages and consistently delivering these results to non-technical audiences in a way that is well received and clearly understood.
• Demonstrated experience and willingness to review communications traffic daily, identify communications traffic that require a targeter to respond or contribute, and proactively initiate a communications response.

The pay range for this position is $125,000 to $190,000/year
