Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing operational and/or technical roles.
• Demonstrated success in independently leading projects from concept through execution.
• Experience navigating unstructured scenarios at the intersection of hardware, software, and networking.

• Serve as primary interface between customers and engineering teams.
