Job summary

The Mission Operations Controller II at JT4, LLC provides control, coordination, and direction to personnel operating mission assets and test systems. You will manage testing objectives, monitor networks, and ensure data integrity under demanding conditions.

You will interface with the project director and customer to meet test objectives, work a rigorous schedule, and possibly travel. A high school diploma and relevant training are required, with security clearance potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and specialized control school training.
• Experience directing test assets and personnel in complex environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing objectives with project director using applicable systems.
• Setup, operate, and monitor networks, terminals, and displays.
• Provide asset control during missions, including close and tactical control.
• Direct tests from a command post to satisfy objectives.
• Interface with project director and customer to ensure objectives are met.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative requirements.
• Apply policies and procedures to complete moderate-complexity assignments.
• Perform related duties as required.
