As an ML engineer, you will train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data to deliver mission-critical solutions, collaborating with data engineers and product owners to guide DoD-scale ML strategy and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in ML engineering, data science, or related fields.
• Experience with LLMs or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Knowledge of embedding models, vector databases and semantic search.
• Understanding AI safety, guardrails and responsible AI.
• Experience with agent planning, reasoning and execution loops.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
