Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership, Divinity, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies or Theology.
• 5–7 years of leadership/administration experience in a school context.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Catholic identity, Hallmarks, and mission across school programs.
• Collaborate with Head of School and Administrative Team on mission priorities.
• Oversee formation in faith, justice, and spiritual development for students, staff, and families.
• Coordinate with Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and Notre Dame networks.
• Supervise Mission and Ministry staff and partner with related directors on cross‑functional initiatives.
