Job summary

AEVEX Corp. in United States (Washington, DC area) seeks a leader to manage worldwide operations and direct high-priority intelligence missions in a 24/7 center. You will coordinate across teams and mission partners to close intelligence gaps and meet objectives.

The role requires TS clearance, polygraph, and demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, with strong communication and leadership skills. Domestic and international deployments are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph.
  • Mission Integration, Dynamic ISR Operations, and ability to drive operational decisions preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing.
  • Previous management or program leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written skills.

Salary Range

The Company provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.

$120,000 — $200,000 USD
