A Senior Systems Engineer leads projects related to creating system architecture, develops and definessystem and product requirements, defines methods for verifying compliance to requirements, createsnew solutions for the systems, and helps systems work more effectively. This individual may train ormentor Systems Engineers who have less experience and make decisions on projects and departmentactivities. Their overall purpose is to ensure the product or system runs as efficiently as possible andworks consistently to meet the needs of the company.
