Job summary

AEVEX, headquartered in Solana Beach, California, seeks a seasoned leader to direct complex, worldwide operations that deliver actionable intelligence against high priority threats to U.S. national security.

You will manage sensitive missions in a fast-paced 24/7 operations center, ensuring collection requirements are satisfied and resources are used effectively. The role requires deep knowledge of diverse collection platforms, collaboration with mission partners across an all-source structure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph.
• Mission Integration, Dynamic ISR Operations, and ability to drive operational decisions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing.
• Previous management or program leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written skills.
