Job summary

Leidos is seeking Mission Managers in Northern Virginia to coordinate, resource, and oversee persistent collection operations, working with in-house and dispersed teams to achieve defined objectives.

Candidates must have or be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 6+ years in Intelligence or DoD, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), and be able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 schedule including weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license with Real ID is required.

Leidos has multiple Mission Manager positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.

We are actively seeking Mission Managers at all experience levels to collaborate with a team of intelligent professionals.

Mission Managers are responsible for coordinating, resourcing and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations, working with in-house and geographically dispersed elements in support of clearly defined collection objectives.

Key skills for success include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to make complex, multi-factor decisions under extreme stress. Successful Mission Managers think critically about the immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions and how those decisions fit into the overall team objectives. Mission Managers must be natural multi-taskers and communicators.

Minimum Requirements/Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience in tactical ground operation, tactical air operations, complex command and control tools and systems. Working in high to extreme stress environments. 6+ years of Intelligence (includes LEO, FBI, USSS and etc…) or DoD experience required. Individuals must possess a valid driver’s license with real ID.

Education: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 20 years of full-time professional experience. Candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
