As the Unmanned System (UxV) Mission Management Lead, you will play a key part of our HII Unmanned Systems autonomy portfolio. The Mission Management Lead drives the integration of HII’s Odyssey maritime autonomy with tactical mission management systems, enabling the integration of command and control, sensor management, data dissemination across unmanned and manned C6ISR systems, thereby creating a common manned‑unmanned tactical picture, accelerating kill‑chain decision making. Empowering autonomous platforms to participate and prioritize key targets enables strategic objectives across complex environments, given unmanned platforms’ unique ability to provide sensor data and effector support at scale and range. In doing so, you will work with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams and fellow Autonomy/AI leads, and you will deliver high value autonomy solutions to the market. This role can be located in our Pocasset, Mass office or VA Beach.
Job performance may require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
