Job summary

You will build and integrate models for sensors, weapons, and C2 networks, and develop decision logic and workflows. Collaboration with engineers and analysts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, math, or physics.
• 3+ years hands-on AFSIM modeling and plugin development.
• Strong programming in C++ or Python.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain AFSIM models and plugins.
• Develop custom AFSIM behaviors, algorithms, and decision models.
• Integrate external data sources to improve fidelity.
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate to define simulation requirements and scenarios.
• Integrate new capabilities and data into models.
• Document processes and results in reports and presentations.
• Support briefings with customers and stakeholders.
