Reporting to the Vice President of Mission Services, this position supervises Mission Integration Specialists and serves as a strategic community resource manager, building the systems and relationships that help employees pursue personal stability, advancement, or transitions aligned with the “Stay, Grow, or Go” framework. The Mission Integration Program Manager ensures that support services are inclusive of and accessible to all employees—from retail and operations to administrative and programmatic teams.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all agencies, employees, and participant information. Breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
  • Oversee the design and phased implementation of GIGCA’s Mission Integration plan (2025–2030).
  • Implement and manage the Success Coaching System, ensuring all employees—regardless of department—are offered access to coaching.
  • Utilize the Self‑Sufficiency Matrix to assess employee needs and inform individualized support and development plans.
  • Operationalize the “Stay–Grow–Go” framework to help employees identify their career direction and align with internal or external opportunities.
