Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• U.S. Citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, living in the U.S. for more than 3 years.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license is required.
• Physically capable of completing assigned training activities.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and remember details.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Dependable and comfortable working within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn assigned personas, backgrounds, behaviors, and scenario objectives.
• Accurately carry out instructions throughout training exercises.
• Participate in physically active scenarios that may include running, kneeling, crawling, crouching, or lying on the ground.
• Stay in role while reacting appropriately to student decisions and actions.
• Adjust your behavior as the training scenario develops.
• Participate in controlled student search exercises.
• Follow established safety, security, and access procedures at all times.
• Maintain professionalism in a controlled training environment.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready for your assigned mission.
