Job summary

Ops Tech Alliance in Brunswick, GA, seeks dependable individuals to support realistic, mission-focused training exercises. The role suits those with military, law enforcement, public safety, security, or emergency response backgrounds who want to contribute to meaningful training missions.

Assignments vary; report times may start early, with 2–4 hour shifts, and some exercises may run until midnight. This is a part-time position at OTA.

Qualifications

Must be able to learn assigned personas, backgrounds, and scenario objectives
Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in dynamic training environments
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident and reside in the U.S. for 3+ years
Physically capable of performing training activities and movements

Responsibilities

Learn assigned personas, backgrounds, behaviors, and scenario objectives.
Accurately carry out instructions throughout training exercises.
Participate in physically active scenarios including running, kneeling, crawling, crouching, or lying on the ground.
Stay in role and react to student decisions and actions.
Adjust behavior as the training scenario develops.
Participate in controlled student search exercises.
Follow safety, security, and access procedures at all times.
Maintain professionalism in a controlled training environment.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready for your assigned mission.
