Job summary

Noblis in Washington is seeking a Technical Analyst and R&D Project Manager to join a multidisciplinary team supporting DHS S&T HSARPA. The role centers on PNT/GNSS systems and related R&D, with responsibilities spanning technical analysis, program management, and briefings.

The position is on-site with a hybrid option. Candidates should have a strong engineering background, be eligible for security clearance, and have a track record delivering complex technical solutions for homeland security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems engineering, electrical engineering, networking/telecommunications, RF engineering, or related field.
• Eligible for DHS Suitability and Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project management support on DHS S&T HSARPA programs.
• Develop and evaluate scientific capability development strategies.
• Support test design, data analysis, and program status reporting.
• Organize meetings and deliver technical briefings to diverse audiences.
