Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state standards and Cenikor policies.
• Manage staff and facility resources to meet strategic goals.
• Ensure continuity of care across levels of care for long-term recovery.
• Develop and manage local Advisory Board and quarterly meetings.
• Lead fundraising activities, donor relations, and community events.
• Prepare and present facility reports and budgets for approval.
• Maintain monthly QA and timely meeting minutes to corporate.
• Supervise performance management and staff development.
• Maintain client satisfaction surveys and timely reporting.
