Job summary

Horizon Goodwill in Keyser, WV is seeking a Store Clerk to deliver excellent customer service, process sales at the cash register, and help maintain stock and displays in our Keyser retail store.

You will round up purchases to support our mission, price products, and ensure clean, safe, and organized aisles. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities for growth within our nonprofit retail network and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance.
• Operate cash register and follow money-handling procedures.
• Price items and rotate stock.
• Restock and organize product displays to enhance shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize racks.
• Follow safety and security procedures and complete required paperwork.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and daily reporting.
• Receive and verify merchandise and ensure stock levels.
