Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and complete tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid Alaska driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must have an insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to obtain site clearance (JBER access if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain displays.
• Move merchandise using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Clean and maintain shelves, floors, restrooms, and work areas.
• Perform trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and janitorial duties.
• Operate equipment such as cardboard balers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain cleanliness in specialized areas (e.g., meat departments).
• Follow OSHA safety standards and site requirements.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
