Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Georgia SLP license.
• Two years experience in SNF rehabilitation preferred.

• Support activities as introduced by Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Demonstrate superior customer service through courteous communication.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for clinical case management.
