Spear AI is hiring software professionals to design and maintain AI/ML enabled software and services. You will build scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and dashboards for enterprise AI platforms in a mission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and leadership within a flat organization that values impact and growth. Eligible for onsite/remote/hybrid arrangements depending on the position.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, etc.).
• Experience with web frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration patterns.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement software components for AI/ML applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Build UI dashboards for AI system monitoring and control.
• Implement automated testing and CI practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers on integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production software issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical docs.
