Responsibilities

• Assess and intervene in situations involving illness, handicaps, death, and loss to improve patient care and staff effectiveness.
• Utilize knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, etiology, and disease processes to support the client population.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans that meet holistic needs of patients.
