Job summary

Operation Healing Forces (OHF) seeks a compassionate Special Operations Additional Resources (SOAR) Program Manager to deliver non-clinical case management, referrals, and resource support for wounded, ill, and injured SOF members, veterans and their families. The role reports to the SOAR Program Director and requires collaboration across the OHF team to ensure program goals are met.

The position is full-time in Tampa, FL, with an opt-in hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

Non-clinical case management experience or transferable program management experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with OHF team members, and referral sources to respond to SOAR requests.
Assess referrals to determine eligibility and urgency per SOPs.
Process requests and prioritize urgent needs; escalate when needed.
Manage cases through completion and monitor caseloads and aging.
Maintain accurate case records in Salesforce, including referrals and outcomes.
Provide timely referrals for in-scope requests and document service gaps.
Follow up with participants and partners to assess satisfaction and outcomes.
