The Principal reports to the President/CEO and leads curriculum, instruction, college readiness, and student support while collaborating across departments to ensure a rigorous, faith-centered educational experience for over 327 students.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for curriculum, instruction, student development, faith, and college readiness.
• Oversee faculty performance, professional growth, and daily educational experience across departments.
• Foster inclusive culture and alignment with the Cristo Rey educational model and Catholic mission.
• Collaborate with departments and programs (Corporate Work Study, college advising, campus ministry, athletics).
