Brillante Academy is seeking a dedicated Custodial Team Member to join the Operations Team. The role focuses on cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to keep the school clean, safe, and welcoming, contributing to a positive learning environment.

This hourly, part-time position reports to the Operations Manager and supports a joyful school culture. A bilingual English/Spanish background is preferred and high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, cleaning classrooms, removing trash and related tasks.
• Maintain clean, safe and welcoming facilities to support a positive school culture.
