Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a rights-respecting, mission-driven environment. You will apply the nursing process under Charge Nurse supervision, educate patients, and support compassionate care in a team setting.

The role requires an ACWS nursing degree, valid RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinic experience with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s).
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians as necessary.
