Job summary

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy Team Leader for our Stanford store. You will supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service, greet donors, and help with stock, cashiering, and daily operations. The role supports our mission and offers full-time hours with a 9:00 AM–8:00 PM schedule, Monday through Sunday.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a mission-driven nonprofit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to make change.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model duties to production clerks and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers.
• Sort and stock materials; rotate stock as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Assist with coaching and training of team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
