Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy Team Leader for our Georgetown store. This position is essential for the success of retail operations and focuses on great customer service, teamwork, and aligning with our mission of dignity and independence.

The role is full-time with pay of $13.50 per hour, Monday–Sunday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, and includes benefits such as a 403(b) plan, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and career coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to make change.
• May serve as a coach in one-on-one training with a Production Clerk(s).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Direct and model duties to Production Clerks.
• Greet donors and customers; offer assistance.
• Sort and stock material in stores.
• Rotate stock as needed.
• Operate cash register.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
