Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Rochester Hills is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, keep the store organized, and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

You’ll greet customers, operate the register, balance the till, restock merchandise, maintain neat displays, and work with a team to reach daily sales and production goals. Paid training and ongoing coaching support are provided, with employee discounts available.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Communicate clearly and work well with a team.
• Demonstrate basic math and computer skills for transactions.
• Be flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Stand/walk most of shift and lift/move merchandise when required.

Responsibilities
