Job summary

PB414 is seeking a Sales Floor Team Member for the Thrift Out initiative in Springdale. This part-time hourly role averages about 20 hours per week and may include events, with compensation of $14 to $16 per hour.

As a frontline ambassador, you will deliver excellent customer service, help with inventory, stocking, and merchandising, and support donors and volunteers while upholding PB414's values. You must be at least 16 years old, be reliable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact and assist customers with purchases.
• Support sales strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to the PB414 mission.
• Help manage inventory, including receiving donations, stocking, and merchandising.
• Organize and stock merchandise, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with store standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.
