Job summary

Purpose Brands 414 is seeking a part-time Sales Floor Team Member for Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique in Bentonville. You will welcome customers, assist with purchases, and help manage inventory while embodying PB414’s mission in daily interactions.

Role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, long periods of standing, and quick checkout. Flexible shifts with a focus on faith-driven service and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer who walks through the door, share the Beautiful Lives mission, and explain current sales or in-store events.
• Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact - assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Help manage inventory, including receiving donations, stocking, and merchandising.
• Organize and stock merchandise, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with store standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.
• Maintain a quick and efficient checkout process and share about the Partner of the Month at every transaction.
