Job summary

Life.Church is seeking a Recruitment Partner in Edmond, OK to support the hiring process from posting roles to final interviews. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and promote Life.Church’s employer brand to attract top talent. The role emphasizes candidate experience and strategic recruitment collaboration.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coaching leaders, and coordinating interviews, with involvement in career fairs and events to strengthen our talent network.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to coach hiring leaders through selection and interview feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role expectations and candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate experience and timely communications throughout the process.
• Support final interview prep sessions and interview logistics.
• Attend career fairs and networking events as needed.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and reporting on recruitment metrics.
