Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator based out of our Mercer & Somerset, NJ location to manage all local staff recruitment and hiring of support staff.

The role involves full-lifecycle recruitment for the assigned region, working with management to support local program operations, and ensuring compliance with employment requirements. Starting pay is $60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in recruiting or HR.
• Proficient with multiple recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local regulatory agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and development efforts for assigned region(s).
• Maintain applicant and interview data in the HRIS and track applicant flow.
• Develop relationships with candidates and referrals.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Extend offers of employment and conduct background checks.
• Onboard new employees in HRIS and programmatic platforms.
• Facilitate new hire training and orientation.
• Oversee HRIS workflows and document approvals.
• Represent Community Options at job fairs and events.
• Assist management with program operations and scheduling.
