Job summary

KCBI in Dallas/Fort Worth is seeking a world-class Network Program Director to architect the 24/7 content broadcast for 90.9 KCBI and its stations. You will develop strategies under the General Manager to reach the target audience and expand the radio ministry’s impact.

Ideal candidates bring five years of broadcast management, strong on-air and studio production skills, and a proven ability to lead creative teams.

Qualifications

Five years of broadcast management, major market programming experience preferred, with outstanding on-air and studio production experience.
Highly skilled and strategic understanding of programming best practices and talent coaching.
Previous experience supervising a team with adaptive leadership skills to lead creative teams.
Perceptual and Music Research experience and analysis required.
Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and be passionate about the mission of KCBI.
Keen understanding of the times and present the brand from a Conservative Evangelical perspective.
Biblically sound in theological understanding and in accordance with the FDMI Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

Architect the 24/7 content broadcast for KCBI and owned stations.
Develop strategies and tactics under the direction of the General Manager to reach the target audience and grow the ministry's impact.
Lead and supervise creative teams with adaptive leadership to optimize programming and production.
