Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a radio Program Director or similar
• FCC rules knowledge and compliance experience
• Degree in journalism/broadcasting or related field
• Experience building clock templates and using Radio Traffic software
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule news, talk, and special interest programming
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate on‑air talent
• Coordinate production and editing of audio segments
• Manage on‑air automation systems and logs
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and news teams to support goals
• Ensure programming meets FCC rules and station branding
