Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Elkhart County Jail is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Elkhart County Jail. This full-time night-shift role offers $18–$20 per hour and a chance to support patients in a compassionate, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Accredited CMA course completed as required by the role.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients under RN supervision.
• Verify medications and gather patient history.
• Assist healthcare practitioners and respond to patient crises.
• Maintain infection control and keep patient areas clean and orderly.
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to the staffing schedule.
