Wellpath in Texarkana, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our patient-centered team. You will provide direct nursing care under RN supervision, participate in treatment planning, and support compassionate care for underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients and contribute to treatment planning.
• administer medications, including IV therapy if certified.
• Assist in controlled substance counts and respond to emergencies.
• Support procedures, nutrition plans, and accurate SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory meetings and ongoing training.
